At ENHIRE Studio, we take pride in creating premium, made-to-order scented candles. Each candle is carefully produced and packaged to ensure the highest quality. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All ENHIRE Studio candles are made-to-order, which means each item is created specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Orders with no defects or damage

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Products with scent dissatisfaction (scent is subjective)

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ENHIRE Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier or your local post office for assistance.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with the same product at no cost.


7. Order Cancellations

Because our candles are made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
