Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Scent preference
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
